Choose how Quoti Ai replies

Keep every reply waiting for your OK or let Quoti Ai send simple ones after 10 approvals. Set its tone, signature, rules and quiet hours.

By default, every reply Quoti Ai writes waits for you to tap Go ahead. If you want, it can send simple replies by itself, but only after you approve 10 of its replies without changing them.

Open Quoti Ai settings

  1. Tap More.
  2. Under Run your business, tap Quoti Ai.

Let Quoti Ai send simple replies

  1. Turn on Send simple replies for me.
  2. Read the line under the switch: - "Quoti Ai asks you first… 4 of 10 approved." means it still waits for you. Only replies you send without editing count. - "On: Quoti Ai sends simple replies after 2 minutes. You can stop any of them." means it now sends by itself.
  3. To go back, turn the switch off. It reads "Off: every reply waits for your tap."

Bookings, payments and anything Quoti Ai flags always wait for you, even with this on.

To stop a reply that's about to go out: - In the conversation, tap "Quoti Ai will send its reply in a moment. Tap to stop." - On Home, tap Stop on the "Quoti Ai is replying to" bar.

This needs your Quoti number. If your number can't text yet, every reply opens your Messages app and you send it yourself.

Set how it writes

Under How it writes: - Tone: how Quoti Ai sounds in your texts, for example Friendly, Straight to the point, Formal or Like me. - Signature: Quoti Ai ends its texts with this, for example "– Marc". - Your rules: one rule per line. Quoti Ai always follows these. Example: "Never offer a discount. Always say plus taxes." - What it learned: lines added when you tap Remember it on a card. Edit or delete anything.

Tap Save changes at the bottom after editing text fields. Switches and choices save right away.

Tell it what it needs to know

Under What it needs to know, fill in Payment methods, Minimum job price, Google review link and Rebooking (how often clients book again). The rows below open your Business hours, Services & prices and Business profile. Quoti Ai offers times inside your business hours.

Set quiet hours

  1. Under Quiet hours, tap Start and pick a time.
  2. Tap End and pick a time.

Set both times to turn quiet hours on. Texts you approve during quiet hours wait until they end.

Change the daily times

Under Daily rhythm, tap a row to change its time: - Morning brief: your plan for the day. - Fix-before-it-goes-out check: checks tomorrow's visits. - Job-done check: wraps up today's finished jobs.

Times are in your business time zone.
