Set your business hours

Choose the days and hours you work so Quoti Ai only offers clients times when you're available. Online booking uses each crew's own hours.

Your business hours tell Quoti when you work, and Quoti Ai uses them when it offers times to clients. To set them, tap More → Business hours, pick your work days and hours, then tap Save changes.

Before you start

Only the account owner and admins can change business hours.

Set your days and hours

  1. Tap More → Business hours.
  2. Under Work days, tap each day you work, from Mon to Sun. Tap a day again to remove it.
  3. Under Hours, tap Start and pick the time you start.
  4. Tap End and pick the time you finish.
  5. Tap Save changes. You'll see Saved.

The start and end times apply to every work day you picked.

If you've never saved your hours, the screen fills in suggested hours and shows Suggested hours, not saved yet. Tap Save to use them. Nothing is saved until you tap Save changes.

If your hours don't save

  • Pick at least one work day: tap at least one day under Work days.
  • End time must be after start time: pick an end time that's later than your start time.

Business hours and crew hours

Quoti uses two kinds of hours:

  • Business hours: Quoti Ai only offers clients times inside them.
  • Crew hours: each crew has its own hours and days off. Your online booking page and Quoti Ai both use them to find a crew that's free.

To set when each crew can be booked, tap Crew hours at the bottom of the Business hours screen. It opens Team & crews, where you can edit each crew.

Tips

  • The Business hours tile in More shows how many days a week you work, or Not set with a To do chip.
  • Your time zone is in More → Business profile, under Language & region. Check it if the times Quoti offers look off.
