Set up your business profile, logo and colours

Your business profile is what clients and Quoti Ai know about you: your name, contact details, address and a short description. Your branding sets how your booking page, quotes and invoices look. You set up both from the More tab.

Before you start

Only the account owner and admins can change these settings.

Edit your business profile

1. Tap More → Business profile.
2. Fill in Business name, Phone, Email, Website and Address. Type the full address: it shows on your quotes, invoices and booking page.
3. Under About your business, add a Description. It shows on your booking page.
4. Add a Booking page disclaimer if you want one, for example your conditions or your guarantee.
5. Tap Save changes. You'll see Saved.

If you see Add your business name or Check the address, fix that field and tap Save changes again.

Choose your language and time zone

On the same screen, under Language & region:

• Language: tap English or Français. Quoti uses it for the app, your booking page, client texts and Quoti Ai.
• Time zone: tap it and pick your time zone from the list.

Both save as soon as you tap them.

Add your logo and colours

1. Tap More → Branding. The Preview at the top shows how your booking page looks.
2. Under Logo, tap Square logo or Rectangle logo and pick an image from your phone. Tap an image again to change it.
3. Under Colours, tap Primary colour or Secondary colour and choose a colour.
4. Under Buttons, pick Pill, Rounded or Rectangle. This is the button shape on your booking page.
5. Under Theme, pick Light or Dark. This is the background of your booking page.

Changes on the Branding screen save right away. You'll see Saved after each one.

Add photos of your work

Photos of your work show on your booking page.

1. On Branding, scroll to Booking page photos.
2. Tap Add photos and pick a photo from your phone.
3. To remove a photo, tap the trash icon on it.

Tips

• The Branding tile in More shows To do until you add a logo.
• The phone and email in your business profile are what clients see. Your own name and phone are in More → Your account.
