Change your name, phone or password

You can change your name and phone number in More → Your account. To change your password, log out and use Forgot password on the login screen.

Change your name or phone

1. Tap More → Your account.
2. In the Profile section, edit Full name or Phone.
3. Tap Save.

This is your own name and phone. The name, phone and email your clients see are in More → Business profile.

Your login email

Your Login email shows on the Your account screen, but you can't edit it there. If you need a different login email, write to info@quoti.ai.

Change your password

The app doesn't have a change password button. Instead, you reset your password from the login screen:

1. Tap More → Log out.
2. On Sign up or log in, tap Continue with email.
3. Type your email and tap Continue.
4. On Welcome back, tap Forgot password.
5. Open the email from Quoti and follow the link to choose a new password.
6. Go back to the app and log in with your new password.

On a computer, go to quoti.ai/login, type your email in Email and click Forgot password.

If you sign in with Apple or Google

You don't need a Quoti password. Keep using Continue with Apple or Continue with Google on the Sign up or log in screen.

Tips

• Didn't get the reset email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you typed the email you signed up with.
• Team members change their own name and phone the same way, in More → Your account.
