Use Quoti on your computer

Log in at quoti.ai/login with your Quoti email and password to work on a bigger screen. It's the same account and the same data as your phone app.

Quoti works in a web browser on your computer. Go to quoti.ai/login and log in with the same email and password you use in the phone app. Your clients, schedule, quotes, jobs and invoices are the same on both.

Before you start

  • You need a Quoti account with an active free trial or subscription. If your trial has ended and you don't have a subscription, the computer shows a trial-ended page instead of your dashboard.
  • The computer login uses your email and password. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it from the login page (see below).

Log in

  1. On your computer, open your web browser and go to quoti.ai/login.
  2. Type your Email and Password.
  3. Click LOG IN.

Your dashboard opens.

Reset your password

  1. On the login page, type your email in Email.
  2. Click Forgot password.
  3. Open the email from Quoti and follow the link to choose a new password.

Move around

Use the menu on the left side of the screen. Hold your mouse over an icon to see its name, like Home, Schedule, Customers, Requests, Booking Page or Settings. Click an icon to open that section.

If your browser window is narrow, the left menu is replaced by a menu button. Make the window wider, or use a larger screen, to see the full menu.

Good to know

  • Anything you change on the computer shows in the phone app, and the other way around.
  • To download a copy of your data, owners and admins can go to quoti.ai/export on a computer. See "Export your clients, jobs and invoices".

Tips

  • Bookmark quoti.ai/login so you can get back quickly.
  • quoti.ai on its own opens the Quoti website. Use quoti.ai/login to get to your account.
