Get started with Quoti

To get started, download the Quoti app on your phone, create your account and answer a few questions about your business. Quoti uses your answers to set up your prices, your hours and your booking page.

Create your account

1. Download Quoti from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2. Open the app and tap Get started.
3. Choose Continue with Apple, Continue with Google or Continue with email.
4. If you chose email, type your email and tap Continue. Then create a password of 8 characters or more and tap Create account.

Already have an account? Tap I already have an account on the first screen and log in.

Answer a few questions about your business

Next, Quoti asks short questions, one per screen. Tap Continue after each one. You'll be asked about:

• What you do. Pick all that apply, for example Window cleaning, Gutter cleaning, Pressure washing or Mobile detailing.
• Your business name. Start typing and pick your business from Google, so Quoti can bring in your address and reviews. Not on Google? Type your name and keep going.
• Your work days and hours. Quoti only offers clients times when you work.
• Your services and prices.

You can change every answer later in More.

Start your free trial

At the end, Quoti shows Pick your plan. Choose a plan and tap Start 7 days free. No payment is due now. The trial runs through your App Store or Google Play account, and Quoti reminds you before it ends. To learn what each plan includes, see the article "Quoti plans and what's included".

Finish setting up

After your trial starts, you land on Home. There are 7 setup steps, and Quoti shows you which ones are left:

• On Home, the Finish setting up Quoti card shows how many steps are done.
• In More, the setup card shows your next step and why it matters. Tap Continue setup to see the full list.

The steps are:

• Create your booking page
• Send your first quote
• Book your first job
• Send your first invoice
• Set your work hours
• Add your logo and colours
• Get paid by card at the door (connect Quoti Payments)

The setup cards disappear once all 7 steps are done.

Tips

• Set your hours early: Quoti Ai uses them when it offers times to clients.
• You can also use Quoti on a computer with the same account. See "Use Quoti on your computer".
