Export your clients, jobs and invoices

Download your clients, jobs and invoices as CSV files from quoti.ai/export on a computer. They open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.

You can download your clients, jobs and invoices as CSV files from the export page at quoti.ai/export. Use a computer: the files open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.

Before you start

Only the account owner or an admin can export data. Other team members see Only the account owner can export data.

Export your data

  1. On a computer, go to quoti.ai/export and log in with your Quoti account.
  2. Under Export your data, find the file you want: Clients, Jobs or Invoices. Each shows how many records it has.
  3. Click Download CSV. The button shows Preparing… while the file is made.
  4. Keep the page open until the file downloads. Big accounts can take a minute.

You can also get there from the web dashboard: click Settings → Export your data → Open the export page. In the phone app, tap More → All settings → Export your data to open the same page in your browser.

What's in each file

Each file is named with the day you download it, for example quoti-clients-2026-11-04.csv.

  • Clients: First name, Last name, Business name, Phone, Email, Address, Client since, Notes.
  • Jobs: Job #, Title, Client, Address, Start date, Status, Total before taxes, Total with taxes, Invoice #.
  • Invoices: Invoice #, Client, Issued, Due, Status, Subtotal, Tax 1, Tax 2, Total, Paid, Balance.

Dates use the year-month-day format, for example 2026-11-04. Amounts have two decimals.

Tips

  • Export before you change accounting software or close your account, so you keep a copy.
  • The address in the clients file is the client's first property.
  • If a cell starts with a symbol such as = or +, Quoti adds an apostrophe in front so the spreadsheet doesn't treat it as a formula.
