How Quoti protects your data

What Quoti collects, how your business and client data is used, what Quoti Ai sees, how long data is kept and how to ask for your data to be deleted.

Quoti uses your business and client information to run the app for you and to make it better. Quoti doesn't sell your data to advertisers, doesn't store full card numbers and sends data over encrypted connections. The full details are in the privacy policy at getquoti.ai/privacy.

Your client data belongs to your business

The client names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, job details, property photos, notes and quotes in your account belong to your business. Quoti processes them for you. Your business is responsible for having the right to collect them.

What Quoti collects

  • Your account: your name, business name, email, phone number and password.
  • Your business setup: your services, prices, team and schedule settings.
  • How the app is used: device and browser type, logs and actions in the app.
  • Your subscription status, which Apple or Google share with Quoti.
  • Location: features that show where your crew is, like on-my-way alerts or the live map, use your team's phone location while the app is active.

Payments

Payments go through Quoti's payment provider. Quoti doesn't store full card numbers on its servers.

Texts and emails to your clients

Quoti sends texts and emails to your clients for you, such as on-my-way alerts and quote approvals. You're responsible for having your clients' consent to receive them.

Quoti Ai

When Quoti Ai is on, a client's message and related details, like their name, address, jobs, quotes, invoices and your schedule, are sent to AI providers so Quoti Ai can draft a reply. Quoti sends only what's needed to draft it. By default, its replies wait for your OK before they go out. A few texts, like the unfinished booking text and planned follow-ups, go out on their own. See "What Quoti Ai does".

To turn Quoti Ai off, tap More → Quoti Ai and switch it off. When it's off, Quoti Ai doesn't draft anything.

Security

Quoti uses industry-standard security, including SSL encryption. No system on the internet is 100% secure, so keep your password private and log out on shared devices.

How long Quoti keeps your data

  • While your account is active, your data stays in your account.
  • After you cancel, Quoti keeps it for 90 days in case you come back. After that, it may be permanently deleted.
  • To delete it sooner, delete your account in the app or email info@quoti.ai. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Ads and tracking

Quoti uses analytics and advertising tools, for example for its own ads on Meta. On iPhone, Quoti asks before tracking you across other apps, and saying no doesn't limit any feature.
