What Quoti Ai does
Quoti Ai reads client texts and drafts replies, follow-ups and invoices for you. See what waits for your OK and what it sends on its own.
Quoti Ai is the assistant built into Quoti. It reads new texts from your clients, drafts replies, follow-ups and invoices, and shows them to you as cards. Most of what it writes waits for you to tap Go ahead. A few things go out on their own, and you control each one.
Before you start
- Quoti Ai needs an active subscription on a plan that includes it. If your plan doesn't, tapping Go ahead on a card opens Let Quoti Ai answer your leads, where you can start Quoti Pro.
- To turn it on, tap More → Quoti Ai, then tap the switch at the top. It reads Quoti Ai is on.
- To text clients from Quoti, you need a Quoti texting number. Without one, each reply opens your phone's Messages app and you send it yourself.
What it does for you
- Answers new texts. When a client texts, the conversation shows "Quoti Ai is writing a reply…", then a draft you can use.
- Books visits. When a client picks a time, it offers times inside your business hours and crews. The card books the visit when you tap Go ahead.
- Follows up. It follows up on unfinished online bookings, on quotes (set this up in Quote settings) and on past-due invoices, which it checks every morning.
- Job-done check. In the evening it looks at the day's finished visits. If a visit has no invoice and no payment, you get a NOT INVOICED card that can close the visit, create the invoice and text it.
- Checks tomorrow's visits. It flags problems clients would notice, like a visit with no crew or no address.
- Morning brief. Your plan for the day, on your Home screen.
- Learns from your edits. When it notices a habit in how you change its texts, it suggests a line on a REMEMBER THIS? card. Nothing is added without your OK.
What waits for your OK
- Replies, follow-ups, bookings and invoices. Nothing happens until you tap Go ahead, and you can undo for 8 seconds.
- Texts drafted from a note you give with Tell Quoti.
- Fill my week texts. You check every text, then tap Send.
What it can send on its own
- Simple replies, only if you turn on Send simple replies for me and only after you approve 10 replies without changes. Each one waits 2 minutes so you can stop it. Bookings, payments and anything it flags always wait for you.
- Unfinished booking text. About 1 hour after someone leaves your booking page without finishing, they get one short text with their booking link. It is never sent between 9 pm and 8 am, and Quoti Ai holds tests, spam and duplicates for you. Turn it off or change the words in More → Texts & emails → Unfinished booking.
- Planned follow-ups. When a client says "not now", Quoti Ai can plan one follow-up text for a later day and send it around 10 am that day. It's cancelled if the client books first or you turn Quoti Ai off. You see it as Quoti Ai follow-up in the conversation's Scheduled list and under Planned follow-ups on the Quoti Ai page, where you can edit or cancel it.
Turn it off
Tap More → Quoti Ai and tap the switch at the top. When it's off, Quoti Ai doesn't draft anything.
Tips
- Fill in Signature and Payment methods in Quoti Ai settings first. The Settings screen lists anything still to set up.
- Set quiet hours so texts you approve at night wait until morning.
