Act on the cards on your Home screen

When Quoti Ai has something ready for you, it shows up as a card under Waiting on you on your Home screen. Read the text, change it if you want, then tap Go ahead. Nothing is sent until you do.

What's on a card

• A label, such as REPLY, FOLLOW-UP, QUOTE FOLLOW-UP or NOT INVOICED.
• The client's name, what the card is about and why Quoti Ai suggests it.
• The text it wrote for the client. You can edit it right on the card.
• What else happens when you tap Go ahead, for example "Also books:" with the day, time, crew and price, or "Also marks the visit done, invoices it and adds the link."
• Check: in orange when Quoti Ai wants you to look before sending.

Approve or dismiss a card

1. Tap Home.
2. Under Waiting on you, read the card. Tap the text to change it.
3. Tap Go ahead to send it, or Not now to dismiss it. Not now sends nothing.
4. A bar shows "Sending to" and the client's name, with Undo. You have 8 seconds to change your mind.

Some cards have other buttons: - A card about a problem with a visit or job shows Done instead of Not now. Fix it in the visit or job, then tap Done. - A card about a visit can show Reschedule and Cancel visit.

If you're in quiet hours, the card tells you when the text will go out.

Look at the details first

Tap the client's name, the title or Details to open the full card. It shows: - WHY QUOTI AI SUGGESTS THIS and the last texts with the client. - WHEN YOU TAP GO AHEAD: exactly what will happen. - MORE OPTIONS: open the conversation, visit, job, quote, invoice or request.

On a card that books a visit or closes a job, you can turn off the text with the switch. The client won't get a text, but the booking still happens, or the visit is still closed and the invoice still made.

Send several at once

Home shows the 3 most important cards. When 2 or more are ready, tap Send all. It skips cards marked Check: and Fill my week cards, so those still wait for you.

See all your cards

1. Tap See all under the cards on Home. The number shows how many are waiting.
2. On the Quoti Ai page, tap a chip to filter: All, Clients, Money, Schedule, Sales or Remember.
3. Tap a card to open it.

Cards about bookings and quotes don't show on Home. You find them under Sales on this page and in the Quoti Ai section of the Sales tab.

REMEMBER THIS? cards suggest a line for how Quoti Ai writes. Tap Remember it to add it, or No. No text is sent either way.

Tips

• If you already handled something yourself, an opened card says "This card was already handled."
• Planned follow-ups are listed at the bottom of the Quoti Ai page. Tap one to open the conversation.
