Use your schedule (map, day, week and crews)

The Schedule tab shows your visits for any day on a map, as a list by crew, or as a whole week. Owners and admins also get a Crews view that shows what each crew is doing today.

Pick a day

1. Tap Schedule in the tab bar. It opens on Map for today.
2. Tap a day in the week strip at the top, or use the arrows on each side to change week.
3. Tap the date to jump to any date.
4. Tap the refresh button to load the latest changes.

Map

The map shows a pin for each visit that day, and cards at the bottom that you can swipe through.

• Tap a pin or a card to see the time, crew, client, address, services and total.
• Tap Go to visit to open the visit.
• No visits that day? Tap Create Job.

Daily

Daily lists the day's visits by crew. Visits with no crew are under Unassigned. Each row shows the time, city, services and price. Tap a visit, then Go to visit.

Weekly

Weekly sums up the week from top to bottom:

• the scheduled revenue for the week, before tax, and the number of jobs;
• how many Visits there are, how many are Completed and how many are Unassigned;
• By crew: revenue and visits for each crew. Tap a crew to see only its visits, and tap Clear to see everyone again;
• Day by day: revenue and visits for each day. Tap a day to open it in Daily.

Crews

Tap Crews to see a map of your trucks today and the list CREWS TODAY. Each crew shows what it's doing: on the way to a client with an arrival time, on site since a time, done, or between visits. Tap a crew to center the map on its truck.

It updates when the crew taps On my way, I've arrived or completes a visit, and every minute while their visit is open in Quoti.

What team members see

• Workers and limited workers see only the crews they belong to, without revenue totals.
• They don't see Crews.
• If they're not in a crew yet, they see "You're not in a crew yet. Ask your admin."

On a computer

The web dashboard at quoti.ai also has a Schedule section, with the same account.

Tips

• Give every visit a crew so it doesn't sit under Unassigned.
• Use the Weekly view on Monday morning to spot empty days early.
