Track your leads in the Sales tab
The Sales tab shows your requests, quotes, jobs and invoices in one place, and how many requests turned into booked work in the last 30 days.
The Sales tab is where you follow every lead from first request to paid invoice. It shows four totals at the top, your latest requests, jobs, quotes and invoices, and how well your requests turn into booked work.
Open it
Tap Sales in the tab bar. Tap the search button at the top to find any client, quote, job or invoice.
Quoti Ai and Door to door
- When Quoti Ai has cards waiting, the Quoti Ai section lists them, for example QUOTE FOLLOW-UP or FINISH BOOKING. Tap a card to review it, or See all.
- The Door to door card opens the door-knocking map.
The four tiles
Tap a tile to open the full list. - Requests: how many are new, and how many came in this month. - Quotes: the total value of sent quotes still waiting on the client, and how many there are. - Jobs: how many are booked, and how many are on the schedule this week. - Invoices: the amount still owed, and how many invoices are unpaid.
The lists
Below the tiles, each row shows the latest items. Tap See all for everything. - Requests: the client, their town, how long ago it came in, and the services asked for. New ones carry a New badge. - Jobs: the client, the next visit time or Completed, and when it was booked. - Quotes: the client, when it was sent, the total and its status. A sent quote shows Viewed once your client has opened the link, and Approved when they accept. - Invoices: the client, the issue date, the total and its status, such as Paid or Overdue.
Tap any item to open it.
Request conversion
At the bottom, Request conversion shows the Last 30 days: - Requests in: every request you got. - Contacted: requests that moved past new, or past an unfinished booking. - Quoted: requests that got a quote or were booked. - Booked: requests that became booked work.
Under the bars, you see the dollars booked from requests and how many requests were lost.
Tips
- Check Quotes for ones marked Viewed but not approved: the client has seen your price, so it may be a good time to call.
- Your Home screen's Needs you card links here too: New requests opens the Sales tab.
