Answer a new request
Open a new request, call or text the client, then send a quote or book the job. Log the call outcome so the next follow-up is planned for you.
A request is a client asking for your services, for example from your booking page. Open it, contact the client, then tap Create quote to send a price or Convert to job to book the work.
Find your new requests
- On Home, the Needs you card shows New requests (Waiting for your reply) with a count. Tap it to open the Sales tab.
- In the Sales tab, the Requests tile shows how many are new. The Requests row lists the latest ones, and new ones carry a New badge. Tap See all for the full list.
- Tap a request to open it. Its number shows at the top, for example Request #42.
What's on a request
- Customer: the client's name and phone, with Call, Text and Profile.
- Follow-up: the next planned follow-up, or No follow-up planned yet.
- Packages presented: the services the client picked and the package prices they saw.
- Location: the service address, with See in Google Map.
- Questions: the client's answers to your price questions.
- Activity Timeline: texts, emails, calls and notes for this request. Tap Add Activity to log something yourself, with a title and a description.
Answer the client
- Tap Call to phone the client, or Text to open your conversation with them.
- When you know what they need, use the buttons at the bottom of the request: - Create quote opens a new quote with the client, the address and the request's items already filled in. - Convert to job opens New job with the client and address filled in, so you can book it right away.
Log what happened on the call
Tap Log call outcome on the Follow-up card. The Call outcome sheet opens. - If Quoti Ai is on, type or dictate what the client said in Tell Quoti Ai, for example "wants a call back at the end of the day", and tap Send to Quoti Ai. Quoti Ai sets the call reminder, drafts the text or books the visit, and shows Here's what Quoti Ai is doing. A drafted text waits for your OK: tap Review and send. Tap Done to close. - To choose yourself, tap Or pick it yourself and pick what they said, when to follow up and how. The full steps are in Follow up later when a client says "not now". - If the client isn't interested, tap Not interested, archive this request.
Archive or delete a request
Tap the first button in the bottom bar to open More actions: - Convert to quote: same as Create quote. - Archived: archives the request and takes it out of your lists. - Delete: asks you to confirm, then deletes the request.
Tips
- The dictation mic is the one on your phone's keyboard. Tap it in the Tell Quoti Ai box and talk.
- Use Add Activity to note a call you made from your personal phone, so the timeline stays complete.
