Reschedule a visit

Open the visit, tap its date and time, pick the new day and time, and tap Save. Then choose whether Quoti tells the client the new date.

To move one visit, open it and tap its date and time. Pick the new day and time, tap Save, then choose whether to tell the client.

Move one visit

  1. Open the visit. From the Schedule tab, tap it, then Go to visit.
  2. Tap the date and time row under the client's address. The Reschedule visit screen opens.
  3. Tap Pick a day.
  4. Tap one of the days under You're already nearby, or pick a date under Any other day and tap Done.
  5. Change the Start time, Duration or Team if needed.
  6. Tap Save.

Only this visit changes. The other visits of the job stay as they are.

Tell the client

After you save, Quoti asks Tell the client? - Tap Notify client to send the new date and time by text or email. Quoti uses your Visit moved message. - Tap Not now to skip.

It only asks when the client has a phone number or email and the new time is still to come. Visit reminders are planned again for the new date.

To change the words of that message, tap More → Texts & emails → Visit moved.

Move every visit of a job

  1. Open the job.
  2. Tap the date row, or the crew row (Tap to change the crew). The Edit schedule screen opens.
  3. Pick the new day or days, time, duration, arrival window and team.
  4. Tap Save, then choose whether to tell the client.

Changes apply to every upcoming visit of the job. Completed visits stay as they are.

When the client asks to move

If a client texts back asking to reschedule, the visit shows Customer asked to reschedule with their message. - Tap Reschedule to move it. - Tap Dismiss if it's handled. - Tap Cancel visit if they want to cancel instead. The visit's reminder texts stop, and no message is sent to the client.

Tips

  • Pick a day where you're already nearby to save driving. Change the distance with 5 km, 10 km or 25 km.
  • Choose the team first: the day list then shows that crew's free time, or Full or Day off.
