How your booking page works

Your booking page is a web page with your business name and logo where clients choose a service, answer a few questions, see their price and book. Quoti builds it from your services, packages and questions, so you never write a price list by hand.

Open your booking page

1. Tap More.
2. On the Your booking page card, tap Edit.
3. Under Your Booking Page URL, tap the link to open the page the way clients see it.

From the Booking Page screen you also reach Services & Pricing, Availability and Page Customization. The card on More shows Live once clients can pick their own time, and Off before that.

What your clients see

1. Choose your services: they tap one or more services, then Next.
2. Your questions, one per screen. Tapping an answer moves to the next question.
3. Contact information: name, address, and phone or email if you ask for them. They tap Get my Quote. If the address is in a different country than your business address, the page says it is outside your service area.
4. Packages: each service shows its packages with a price, a description and What's included:. They tap Select, then Next.
5. Open dates and times, if you turned on self-scheduling.
6. Verify & Confirm: the summary, the total, add-ons and a discount code box if you use them. They tap Book.
7. A thank-you page with the date, the address, and your phone and email under Need to make changes?

Some steps are optional and set in Page Customization: the residential or commercial question, the trust section with reviews and photos, and What happens next? on the thank-you page.

The page is in your business language, English or French.

What you get

• When a client taps Get my Quote, Quoti saves the client, the address and their answers, and lets you know. This happens even if they stop before booking.
• When they tap Book, Quoti creates the job with the packages, add-ons and price they chose. If they picked a time, the job is booked at that time.
• If Packages & Pricing is turned off, clients send a request after their contact information and see "Thanks for your request".

Prices on the booking page are before tax.

Tips

• To check prices without making a test booking, use Preview & Test on the Services & Pricing screen.
• Ask only the questions that really change your price. Every question is one more screen for the client.
