Add a booking link to your Google Business Profile

Copy your Google link in Quoti and add it under Bookings in your Google Business Profile, so people who find you on Search or Maps can book.

You can add your Quoti booking link to your Google Business Profile yourself, so people who find you on Google Search or Maps can get their price and book. This is a link you add in your own profile. Quoti isn't a Google booking partner, so it isn't "Reserve with Google".

Before you start

  • You need a Google Business Profile that you manage.
  • Your booking page card in More should show Live, so people who tap the link can book a time. See "Let clients pick their own time".

Copy your Google link in Quoti

  1. Tap More → Get more jobs.
  2. Under WHERE YOUR LINK LIVES, tap Google.
  3. Tap Copy.

This link ends in ?src=google. Requests that come through it are counted under Google in Get more jobs.

Add the link in Google

  1. Tap Open Google on the same screen, or search "my business" on Google to open your Business Profile. You can also open it in Google Maps.
  2. Tap Bookings. In Google Maps, or if you don't see it, look under Edit profile.
  3. Tap Add link, paste your link, then tap Save.
  4. Tap Set preferred link and pick your link, so it shows first as "Business preferred".
  5. Go back to Quoti and tap I added it. Google now shows Added in your list.

If Google doesn't take the link

  • Paste the full link. Google doesn't accept short links.
  • No Bookings option for your business? Put the same link in your profile's Website field.
  • Google sometimes removes booking links and emails you about it. Add it again the same way.

See what Google brings you

Open Get more jobs and tap Google. The green On your list card shows this month's Requests and Booked total from your Google link. Google also appears in WHAT BRINGS YOU JOBS · THIS MONTH once it brings a request.

  • Use the Google link, not your main link, so you can see what Google brings you.
  • Reviews help people choose you once they find you. See how to ask for them automatically after each paid job.
